Section 240.915  Service Provision

If an applicant/client is determined eligible for the Community Care Program, services shall be provided in accordance with the plan of care within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the notification of eligibility, as required by Section 240.910, unless delayed by the applicant/client/authorized representative.
