Section 48.80  Permits

After the effective date of these zoning regulations, the plans and specifications submitted by any person in connection with the application for a building permit must be in compliance with the regulations as herein set forth and with the requirements of Part 77 of the Federal Aviation Regulations Objects Affecting Navigable Airspace (14 CFR 77) issued by the Federal Aviation Administration, and with the Airport Zoning Act of the State of Illinois Revised Statues.  Any permit issued in contravention of these zoning regulations shall be void.
