Section 90.120  Appeal and Judicial Review

a)         Appeal – Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Department made in the administration of these zoning regulations may apply to the Department to reverse, wholly or partly, or modify, or otherwise change, abrogate or rescind any such decision.  The procedure prescribed by Statute for proceedings before Boards of Appeal shall govern such application to the Department.

b)         Judicial Review – Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected by any decision of the Department may appeal to the Circuit Court of Vermilion County, Illinois, or Circuit Court of any county in which the airport hazard is wholly or partly located, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled, "Administrative Review Law" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 110, par. 3-101 et seq.).
