Section 386.1110  Maximum Penalties

A person who commits an act that is a violation of any of the IMCSR is liable for a civil penalty as prescribed by 49 CFR 386, appendix B − Penalty Schedule; Violations and Maximum Monetary Penalties.  (See Section 18b-107 of the Law.)  When the violation is a continuing one, each day of the violation constitutes a separate offense.
