Section 426.30  Scope

This Rule covers the standards and certification procedures concerning the quality and performance characteristics of reflectors used on bicycles in fulfillment of the requirements of Section 11-1507 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.  This Rule is not concerned with the equipping of bicycles regarding mounting, positioning, etc., of reflectors.
