Section 534.110  Application

This Part shall apply only to the location, placement, operation, and the type of services provided, of vending machines in safety rest areas constructed or located on rights-of-way of non-toll fully access controlled State highways (The Highway Code (The Act), Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 121, par 9-113.1(b)).
