PART 120 SURVIVORS' COMPENSATION ACT PROGRAM

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by "AN ACT to provide payment of compensation to survivors of certain persons killed while serving in the armed forces of the United States", approved and effective August 17, 1987 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 126½ par. 57.81 et seq.) and authorized by Section 2(9) of "AN ACT creating the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs", approved August 10, 1975, as amended (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 126½, par. 67(9)).
