    Prayer by Assistant Clerk, Bradley S. Bolin.
    Minutes Clerk, Jennifer L. Timms led the House in the  Pledge  of
Allegiance.


    At  the  hour of 4:05 o'clock p.m., Representative Klingler moved
that the House do now adjourn until Monday,  December  20,  1999,  at
2:00 o'clock p.m.
    The motion prevailed.
    And the First Special Session stood adjourned.
