Allegiance.


               INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF BILLS

    The  following  bill  was introduced, read by title a first time,
ordered printed and placed in the Committee on Rules:

    HOUSE BILL 2878.  Introduced by Representative Zickus, a bill for
AN ACT to amend the Unified Code of Corrections by  changing  Section
3-3-5.


    At  the hour of 10:07 o'clock a.m., Representative Poe moved that
the House do now adjourn.
    The motion prevailed.
    And  in  accordance  therewith  and  pursuant  to   HOUSE   JOINT
RESOLUTION  30,  the House stood adjourned until Wednesday, August 4,
1999, at 12:00 o'clock noon.
