SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $500,000 from the Capital Development Fund to the Department of Natural Resources to complete renovation of the Potawatomi Campground shower building and sewage treatment plant at Kankakee River State Park. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Department of Natural Resources to complete renovation of the Potawatomi Campground shower building and sewage treatment plant at Kankakee State Park.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
