    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 1.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Property Tax Appeal Board:

Payable from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund:

  For Personal Services.......................... 2,858,700

  For Contributions to the State

   Employees’ Retirement System.................. 1,544,100

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security................................. 218,700

  For Group Insurance.............................. 864,000

  For Contractual Services.......................... 67,900

  For Travel........................................ 30,000

  For Commodities.................................... 9,600

  For Printing....................................... 4,200

  For Equipment...................................... 4,400

  For Electronic Data Processing................... 173,000

  For Telecommunication Services.................... 30,000

  For Operation of Auto Equipment.................... 6,000

  For Refunds.......................................... 200

  For Costs Associated with the Appeal

   Process and the Reestablishment of a

   Cook County Office.............................. 200,000

Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2017, if and only if Senate Bill 2063 of the 100th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act), as introduced in the Illinois Senate, becomes law.
