SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Julie Biernacki Christiansen, who passed
4away on March 19, 2017; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Julie Christiansen was born in Chicago to Rosemary
6and Roger Biernacki on September 1, 1977; she graduated from
7Lake Park High School; she received her bachelor's degree from
8Elmhurst College and her master's degree from Aurora
9University; she married Jason Christiansen on June 17, 2000;
10and
 
11    WHEREAS, In 2000, Julie Christiansen started working in St.
12Charles at Wredling Middle School and coaching cheerleading at
13St. Charles East High School; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Julie Christiansen and her husband enjoyed
15traveling, attending concerts, and, watching Julie's
16cheerleaders at Friday night football games; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Julie Christiansen is survived by her mother,
18Rosemary; her father, Roger; her husband, Jason; her daughter,
19Aubrie; her brother, Brian (Donna); her nieces and nephews,
20Azelie, Blaise, Mark, Alex, Ella, Thomas, James, and Grace; and
21many other wonderful family members; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
3Julie Biernacki Christiansen, and extend our sincere
4condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved
5her; and be it further
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
7presented to the family of Julie Christiansen as an expression
8of our deepest sympathy.
