SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Madeline H. "Maddie" Finch of Pleasant
4Plains, who passed away on May 7, 2017; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Madeline Finch was born to Richard Finch and
6Courtney Scheller-Allmon on May 15, 2000; she attended Auburn
7High School and then New Berlin High School her sophomore year,
8where she was a cheerleader and on the honor roll; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Madeline Finch worked as a hostess for Bella
10Milano along with her sisters; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Madeline Finch enjoyed hunting, fishing, and
12raising Labrador's with her dad; she was a member of Cherry
13Hills Baptist Church; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Madeline Finch was preceded in death by her
15grandfather, Ronald Finch, and her great-grandparents, Gilbert
16and Shirley Scheller, Freda and Richard Brown, Estelle "Mam"
17Meister, and Gertrude and Raymond Finch; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Madeline Finch is survived by her father, Richard
19(Tracy) Finch; her mother, Courtney (Jim) Allmon; her siblings,
20Gabrielle Allmon, Haley Scheller, Isabelle Allmon, Abigail,

1Savannah and Fallan Finch, and Sydney and Gracie Bieneman; her
2grandparents, Truman (Jill) Scheller, Dana (Steve Schmidt)
3Scheller, and Donna (Doug) Gerdes Finch; and many cousins;
4therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
7Madeline H. "Maddie" Finch, and extend our sincere condolences
8to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be
9it further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of Madeline Finch as an expression of
12our deepest sympathy.
