Amends the School Code. Requires a school board to prohibit an employee from making a comment, claim, statement, or threat to any pupil about the likelihood or possibility that police action may be taken against the pupil. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections |
| 5 | | 10-20.73 and 34-21.9 as follows:
|

| 7 | | Sec. 10-20.73. Threat of police action prohibited. A school |
| 8 | | board shall prohibit an employee from making a comment, claim, |
| 9 | | statement, or threat to any pupil about the likelihood or |
| 10 | | possibility that police action may be taken against the pupil.
