SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $250,000 to the Department of Transportation for expenses relating to the operations of the Ste. Genevieve – Modoc River Ferry. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $250,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for expenses related to the operations of the Ste. Genevieve – Modoc River Ferry.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
