AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1211
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1211, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, by replacing $42,006,700 with $39,606,700 on line 2 of page 55; and
by replacing lines 9 through 20 of page 90 and lines 1 through 19 of page 91 with the following:
Section 5. The amount of $2,494,400, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Community College Board to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.
Section 10. In addition to other amounts appropriated, the amount of $123,023,300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for operational expenses, awards, grants, and permanent improvements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.
Section 15. The following amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for distribution to qualifying public community colleges for the purpose specified:
Base Operating Grants.................. 187,441,000; and
by replacing $50,566,500 with $47,676,500 on line 9 of page 158; and
by replacing $28,253,600 with $26,633,600 on line 21 of page 238; and
by replacing $2,976,000 with $2,806,000 on line 3 of page 252; and
by replacing $18,216,400 with $17,176,400 on line 15 of page 252; and
by replacing $85,096,400 with $80,226,400 on line 15 of page 295; and
by replacing $43,401,900 with $40,921,900 on line 1 of page 348; and
by replacing $107,431,100 with $101,281,100 on line 7 of page 348; and
by replacing $233,567,000 with $220,207,000 on line 18 of page 413; and
by replacing $1,273,200 with $1,203,200 on line 7 of page 428; and
by replacing $743,419,700 with $700,889,700 on line 1 of page 491; and
by replacing $59,919,600 with $56,489,600 on line 2 of page 502.
