Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 1.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to meet  the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014:

PAYABLE FROM GENERAL REVENUE FUND

  For Personal Services............................ 804,100

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 61,500

  For Contractual Services......................... 128,400

  For Travel........................................ 54,600

  For Commodities.................................... 3,900

  For Printing....................................... 1,600

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 48,100

  For Telecommunications Services................... 21,800

    Total                                        $1,124,000

    Section 5.  The amount of $200,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for all ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board, but not including personal services.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.
