| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1155, AS AMENDED, by |
| 3 | | inserting the following in its proper numeric sequence:

| 4 | | "Section 70. Counties and municipalities may enact greater |
| 5 | | restrictions than the State. |
| 6 | | (a) Any county or municipality, both home rule and non-home |
| 7 | | rule, may enact an ordinance or resolution that imposes greater |
| 8 | | restrictions or limitations including, but not limited to, the |
| 9 | | regulation, licensing, registration, reporting, |
| 10 | | transportation, ownership, training, acquisition, possession, |
| 11 | | and transfer of firearms or firearm ammunition than those which |
| 12 | | are imposed by this Act. |
| 13 | | (b) The provisions of any ordinance or resolution enacted |
| 14 | | by any municipality or county that imposes greater restrictions |
| 15 | | or limitations on the regulation, licensing, registration, |
| 16 | | reporting, transportation, ownership, training, acquisition, |
| 17 | | possession, and transfer of firearms or firearm ammunition than |
