SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Lorene Page, who passed away on April 9,
42013; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Lorene Page was born January 9, 1919, in Benton;
6her parents were William C. Hobbs and Allie Hobbs; she married
7John D. Page on December 24, 1937; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Lorene Page served as a secretary with the
9Franklin County Farm Bureau until her retirement; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Lorene Page was a member of Mount Zion Freewill
11Baptist Church; she also attended Immanuel Baptist Church in
12Benton; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Lorene Page enjoyed spending time with her
14grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Lorene Page was preceded in death by her parents;
16her husband, John; and her brother, Bill Hobbs; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Lorene Page is survived by her sons, James (Vicki)
18Page and John (Mary) Page; her grandchildren, Chelsea (Dusty)
19Crisp, Courtney (Josh) Chady, Randy (Rachel) Page, and Julie

1(Tony) Koziarz; her great-grandchildren, Rylee and Raygan
2Taylor Crisp, Derek and Ashley Page, Cooper Daniel Chady, and
3Katie and Elizabeth Koziarz; and her many nieces, nephews, and
4cousins; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
7her family and friends, the passing of Lorene Page; and be it
8further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of Lorene Page as an expression of our
11sympathy.
