Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Police Merit Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 1.  The amount of $1,432,900, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Police Merit Board from the State Police Merit Board Public Safety Fund for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

 

Section 99. Effective date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2016, if and only if Senate Bill 2789 of the 99th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act), as introduced in the Illinois Senate, becomes law.
