Illinois General Assembly - Bill Status for HB0064

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Provides that nothing in the Act shall be construed to limit the right of persons licensed under the Act to delegate tasks or duties to licensed or unlicensed personnel who have the training or experience to perform the tasks or duties so delegated. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	225 ILCS 60/3.5

	Adds reference to:
	225 ILCS 60/1	from Ch. 111, par. 4400-1

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
