Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Regional Transportation Authority Act concerning the Board of Directors. Provides that 3 (instead of 4) Directors are to be appointed by the Mayor of Chicago and that 3 (instead of 2) Directors are to be appointed by the Chairmen of the county boards of Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will Counties. Effective immediately.
