Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Finance Act. Adds a caption.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Adds reference to:
20 ILCS 2310/371 new
30 ILCS 105/5.640 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law. Authorizes the Illinois Department of Public Health to make matching grants from the AED Fund to any public school, public park district, public college, or public university required to have an AED pursuant to the Physical Fitness Facility Medical Emergency Preparedness Act (Colleen O'Sullivan Law). Provides certain requirements for obtaining these grants. Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the Heartsaver AED Fund. Effective immediately.
