Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that the Procurement Policy Board shall coordinate with the Governor's Office and the Department of Central Management Services' Bureau of Communication and Computers to oversee technology policy.

Adds reference to:
30 ILCS 500/1-5

Deletes everything. Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning State policy.
