Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Pension Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning State universities.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
40 ILCS 5/15-101
Adds reference to:
40 ILCS 5/15-139.5

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Universities Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Among the conditions that determine when a person becomes an affected annuitant, includes the condition that the annuitant received an annualized retirement annuity under the State Universities Retirement System of at least $10,000.
