House Floor Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the School Code. Requires a school board to permit community groups to advertise events and after-school programs pertinent to students' interests or involvement in a designated area of each school campus that is accessible and commonly used. Provides that all such advertisements are subject to and must be consistent with any procedures and guidelines established by the school board governing content, size, and any other reasonable limitations on advertising. Provides that on school campuses where there is a significant population of students whose primary language is not English, the school board may, as a condition of advertising on the school campus, require the community group to translate the advertisement into a language other than English.
