Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that for purposes of the Section concerning the Dealer Recovery Trust Fund, the definition of "dealer" excludes a dealer who sells vehicles to another dealer or auction house.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Modifies the definition of "dealer" to exclude a dealer who sells 25 vehicles or fewer per calendar year, not counting sales of vehicles to another dealer or auction house (instead of excluding dealers who sell 25 or fewer vehicles or dealers who sell to another dealer or auction house).
