Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Social Security Number Protection Task Force Act. Provides for the appointment of an additional member to the Task Force to represent the Illinois courts. Requires the Task Force to present its findings to the General Assembly no later than March 1, 2006 (now, required the first day of the 2004 fall veto session). Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill. Further amends the Social Security Number Protection Task Force Act. Provides for the appointment of an additional member to the Task Force to represent the Department on Aging. Effective immediately.
