Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning annexation of unincorporated territory.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
65 ILCS 5/7-1-13
Adds reference to:
65 ILCS 5/1-2.2-20

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the hearing date for a code violation involving a municipal ordinance regulating truants must be not less than 7 nor more than 40 days after the violation is reported.
