Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that each water commissioner shall receive the same compensation that shall be determined by the water commission (currently, the appointing authority).

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that each water commissioner shall receive the same compensation that shall be determined by a majority of the appointing authorities (currently, the appointing authority).
