Urges the Director of Children and Family Services and the Director of Public Health to submit, by January 1, 2017, a joint report to the General Assembly and the Governor that sets forth its transition plan and recommendations regarding the merits of transferring the administration of all child death review teams from the Department of Children and Family Services to the Department of Public Health.
