Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Financial Reporting Standards Board Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
30 ILCS 30/1
Adds reference to:
30 ILCS 517/10.5 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Procurement of Domestic Products Act. Provides that all vehicles purchased or leased by a State agency must have a Vehicle Identification Number indicating that the vehicle was manufactured in the United States. Effective January 1, 2015.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Procurement of Domestic Products Act. Provides that all vehicles purchased, leased, or used by a State agency must have a Vehicle Identification Number indicating that the vehicle was manufactured in the United States. Provides that no State agency shall be required to stop using any vehicle that exists in the State fleet of motor vehicles on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly. Effective January 1, 2015.
