Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Personnel Code. Deletes a paragraph requiring the Director of Central Management Services to conduct research and planning regarding the total manpower needs of all offices, departments, agencies, boards, and commissions of the executive branch. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Adds reference to:
20 ILCS 415/4cfrom Ch. 127, par. 63b104c

Further amends the Personnel Code. Provides that the technical and engineering staff (now, the technical and engineering staff providing architectural and engineering services) in the Department of Central Management Services shall be exempt from jurisdictions A, B, and C.
