Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning construction of the Code.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
305 ILCS 5/1-5
Adds reference to:
305 ILCS 5/3-2.5

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. In provisions concerning sheltered care rates under the Aid to the Aged, Blind, and Disabled (AABD) program, provides that the Department of Human Services shall increase the rates in effect on June 30, 2007, by 10%. Effective immediately.
