Synopsis As Introduced
Makes appropriations from the Statewide 9-1-1 Fund to the Department of State Police, Division of Administration for costs pursuant to the Emergency Telephone System Act. Makes various appropriations from the Fire Prevention Fund to the Office of the State Fire Marshal for ordinary and contingent expenses and grants for costs and services related to ILEAS/MABAS administration, and to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for maintaining the Illinois Fire Service Institute. Makes appropriations from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund to the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for specified training. Makes appropriations from the Death Penalty Abolition Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for the training of law enforcement personnel and services for families of victims of homicide or murder. Effective July 1, 2016.
