Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that the statutes concerning unlawful use of weapons and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon relating to carrying a concealed firearm do not apply to or affect any person who has a valid permit or license to carry a handgun issued by any state. Effective immediately.
