House Committee Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following change: in a provision that authorizes the secretary of the board to issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents and records in connection with the collection of sums due to the System, removes language that specifies that those documents and reports include, but are not limited to, banks and other financial records.
