Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Human Rights Commission for its FY15 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2014.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends Public Acts 98-17, 98-27, 98-50, and 98-64 by changing and adding FY14 appropriations. Makes FY15 appropriations to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services and the Department of Human Services. Effective immediately, except some provisions are effective July 1, 2014.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends Public Acts 98-17, 98-27, 98-33, 98-34, 98-50, and 98-64 by changing and adding FY14 appropriations. Makes certain FY15 appropriations to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services and the Department of Human Services. Effective immediately, except some provisions are effective July 1, 2014.
