SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

415 ILCS 98/55

Amends the Mercury Thermostat Collection Act. Provides that the Act is repealed on January 1, 2022 (currently, 2021). Effective immediately.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning safety.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Mercury Thermostat Collection Act is amended by changing Section 55 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2021)

Sec. 55. Repealer. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2022 2021.
