HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Zofia Bielak of Norridge, who passed away on March 3, 2019; and

WHEREAS, Zofia Bielak was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother; and

WHEREAS, Zofia Bielak is survived by her husband, Andrzej; her daughter, Joanna (Sebastian) Kot; her son, Jack Bielak; her grandchildren, Jakub and Anabella Kot; her sister, Mary (Stanley) Mastelerz; her brother, Andrzej (Stanislawa) Obrochta; her brother-in-law, Stanley Kalemba; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Zofia Bielak and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Zofia Bielak as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
