Amends the Hazardous Waste Laborers Licensing Act. Makes a technical change to a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Hazardous Waste Laborers Licensing Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(225 ILCS 221/1) (from Ch. 111, par. 7801)

Sec. 1. This Article shall be known and and may be cited as the Hazardous Waste Laborers Licensing Act, and throughout this Article, references to this Act shall mean this Article.
