SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

605 ILCS 130/1

Amends the Public Private Agreements for the Illiana Expressway Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Private Agreements for the Illiana Expressway Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Public Private Agreements for the Illiana Expressway Act.
