20 ILCS 2805/1   from Ch. 126 1/2, par. 66

    Amends the Department of Veterans Affairs Act. Makes a technical change in a Section creating the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Department of Veterans Affairs Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 2805/1)  (from Ch. 126 1/2, par. 66)
7     Sec. 1. There is created the ~~the~~ Illinois Department of
8 Veterans' Affairs. The Department is the successor agency to
9 the Illinois Veterans' Commission.
