    Amends the Capital Spending Accountability Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Capital Spending Accountability Law is
5 amended by changing Section 801 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3020/801)
7     Sec. 801. Short title. This Article may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Capital Spending Accountability Law.
