1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to congratulate Nic Webster of
4 Moweaqua for being designated as Correctional Officer of the
5 Year; and

6     WHEREAS, Nic Webster is a LEADS coordinator and
7 correctional officer at the Moultrie County Sheriff's Office in
8 Sullivan; and

9     WHEREAS, Nic Webster was nominated by Moultrie County
10 Sheriff Jeff Thomas due to his work with the Top 10 most wanted
11 program and website; and

12     WHEREAS, The Top 10 most wanted program and website have
13 resulted in the arrest of 24 most wanted persons since they
14 were started by Nic Webster in April of 2010; and

15     WHEREAS, Nic Webster began a recycling program within the
16 Moultrie County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with Sullivan
17 High School; therefore, be it

18     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
19 NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
20 we congratulate Nic Webster for being designated as

1 Correctional Officer of the Year and wish him continued success
2 and happiness in the future; and be it further

3     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
4 presented to Nic Webster as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
