HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Friendship Village of Schaumburg, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, is dedicated to providing older adults with living options that promote health and active lifestyles for seniors; and

WHEREAS, Friendship Village has provided quality care to older adults for 35 years built on the values of faith, community, service, stewardship, and growth; and

WHEREAS, Friendship Village is a vital part of the Northwest Suburbs, providing quality lifestyle options for seniors, employing hundreds of workers and playing an active role in the surrounding community through resident volunteer programs; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Friendship Village of Schaumburg on 35 years of service to the community and senior citizens, and offer best wishes for continued success; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Friendship Village of Schaumburg as a symbol of our respect, esteem, and appreciation.
