    Amends the Employee Washroom Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning employment.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Employee Washroom Act is amended by changing
5 Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (820 ILCS 230/0.01)  (from Ch. 48, par. 97.9)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Employee Washroom Act.
