SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Cynthia M. Bart of McHenry, who passed away on February 27, 2017; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart was born in Chicago to Peter and Virginia (Lehner) Czerwinski on November 25, 1947; she married James Bart at St. Aloysius in Chicago on August 7, 1971; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart worked for the McHenry Savings Bank for 25 years; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart enjoyed camping, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren; she loved all animals; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart was preceded in death by her parents; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart is survived by her husband, James; her children, Jennifer (Ryan) Pope, Jeremy (Megan) Bart, and Jaclyn (Greg) Kroeger; her grandchildren, Mckayln Bart, Mason Bart, Lydia Pope, and Violet Kroeger; her sisters, Celeste Seavey, and Cecilia Czerwinski; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Cynthia M. Bart, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Cynthia Bart as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
