    Amends the Illinois Sheep and Wool Production Development and Marketing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning agriculture.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Sheep and Wool Production
5 Development and Marketing Act is amended by changing Section 2
6 as follows:

7     (505 ILCS 115/2)  (from Ch. 5, par. 1052)
8     Sec. 2. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ~~the~~
9 "Illinois Sheep and Wool Production Development and Marketing
10 Act".
