    Amends the Coal Mining Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Coal Mining Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1.01 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 705/1.01)  (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 251)
7     Sec. 1.01. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~Coal Mining
8 Act.
